We currently have 2 varieties of honey from our 2025 harvest: Summer Honey and Heather Honey. While every batch is a unique capture of the flowers in bloom, this is what to expect from each jar so that you can choose the right honey for you:

Summer Honey - this summer harvest truly captures the deep sweetness and variety of the summer wildflowers in bloom, including bramble, hawthorn, dandelion, and maple. Perfect for those looking for a classic flavour and thick consistency.

Heather Honey - this autumnal harvest is bold and rich in flavour, giving an almost earthy or smoky caramel taste paired with a thick grainy texture. This is for those who want a confident honey full of flavour.
