This jar contains a peice of honeycomb cut straight from the hive, the honey inside is foraged from bramble flowers, pollinating them so they can turn into blackberries. The honey tastes as if infused with blackberry juice, the natural flavour of the bramble nectar. Jars are then topped up with summer honey, so you can enjoy two flavours from one jar.
